Situate on the South side of the Youghiogheny River in Henry Clay Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Warranted in the name of Nehemiah Castle and patented to the said Andrew Stewart bearing patent date the 18th day of July 1836 and recorded in patent book No. 36 page 325. Containing three hundred and fifty four and one fourth acres with allowances three hundred and fifty four acres strict measure. The first part hereby conveyed, being the lower part of the said tract. Divided by a line from Poplar Corner on the hill side and the second corner from Charles Lytle tract. Running from the said Poplar corner to the river, the said part hereby conveyed containing one hundred and forty seven and a half acres with the allowance or one hundred and forty seven acres strict measure to have and to hold. The said part of tract of land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances to him the said Andrew Stewart his heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof we here unto set our hands and seals the Twenty Third day of November A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Four.
