Boyd (her mark) (seal) (Fayette County) (seal) (stamp) On the 26th day of May 1856 personally came before me one of the justices of the said county, William Stuck and Barbara Stuck his wife and Parks A. Boyd and Elizabeth Ann Boyd his wife and in due form of law acknowledge the foregoing indenture to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such and the said Barbary Stuck and Elizabeth Ann Boyd being of full age and after the contents of the fore going deed was fully made known to them did declare and say that they did of their own free will and accord sign seal and deliver the foregoing deed with out any compulsion or coercion of their said husbands or without and undue influence whatever.
