Hess" "D.G. Saylor" "Thomas Thorpe" This indenture made the twenty eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two. Between William S. Stuck and Barbary Stuck his wife, of "Macon County, Missouri" and Elizabeth Ann Boyd widow of Parks A. Boyd deceased of Fayette County Pennsylvania, Parties of the first part and Isaiah Morrison of the Second Part. Witness that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the signing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Stewart Township Fayette County, Pennsylvania and bordering and lying upon the Youghiogheny River bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a poplar on the hill side North fourteen degrees East East one Hundred and four perches to stones North seventy three degrees East One Hundred and Ten Perches to a Chestnut. North sixteen and one half degrees West Eighty One Perches to stones North seventy seven West one hundred and thirty eight perches to the bank of the river South forty and one half degrees West one hundred and thirty eight and three tenths to stones south thirty six west one hundred and eighty three perches to the place of beginning. The said tract containing one hundred and sixty seven acres and the allowance according to survey made by John Haned adjoining lands of "Andrew Stewart" on the South Side of of Youghiogheny River. This deed being made in confirmation of the deed of William S. Stuck and Barbary Stuck his wife. Parks A. Boyd and Elizabeth Ann his wife to Henry G. Show of Fayette County, Pennsylvania to whom they had conveyed the above described tract of land her deed dated the twenty sixth day of May A.D. 1856 for the consideration of Four Hundred and fifty dollars. The receipt and payment where of is duly acknowledged in said deed. This tract of land is part of a tract containing Three hundred and fifteen and one fourth and allowance Warranted to "Nehemiah Castle" and patented to Andrew Stewart the 18th day of July 1836 and conveyed by "Andrew Stewart and Elizabeth his wife" conveyed a part thereof to "Margaret Boyd Widow" and the heirs and legal representatives of Archibald Boyd deceased conveyed to William S. Stuck and Parks A. Boyd by deed dated the 26th day of May 1856 (as herein before recited) who conveyed the same to Henry G. Show by deed dated as above and which the said Henry G. Show conveyed to John G. Burnworth by deed dated the 26th of May 1856 and which the said John G. Burnworth and wife conveyed to on the same day the said tract of land to Jacob Gahring and which the said Jacob Gahring and Mary his wife conveyed to John G. Hetzel of the city of Baltimore Maryland by deed dated the 20th day of December 1858 and John G. Hetzel conveyed to the same to Isaiah Morrison of Fayette County, Pennsylvania by deed the 16th day day of March 1870. Together with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances hereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions remainder rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate rights title interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to Hold the said tract of land all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together unto the said part of the second. and assigns Forever.
