In Whereas the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by patent dated the 25th Day of
February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Six did
grant unto "OTTO BRASHEARS"   a certain tract of land called "Addition" situate
on the waters of Redstone and Dunlap's Creek in the Manellan, "now Redstone"
Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Who together with MARY his wife by
indenture dated the Sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Seventeen Hundred and Ninety One conveyed the following described part
thereof unto "BAZIL BROWN:.. Beginning at stones by the line of "PHILIP FOUTE'S"
land thence south to a post by the lands of "SAMUEL MILLER" thence south nine
degrees and a half west to a White Oak thence by the lands of "BAZIL
BROWN"__"JAMES WINDERS"__"JOHN LAUGHLIN" and "PHILIP FOUTE" containing forty
three acres, two roads and eighteen perches.  Who together with his wife
ELIZABETH by indenture dated the third day of October in the year of our Lord

Sealed and delivered in the presence of:
HENRY HAGAN   } Received on the day of the date of the foregoing Indenture of
the
ISAAC ROGERS  } before named Jacob Bowman Esquire the sum of one thousand
                        seven hundred and twenty nine dollars and seventeen

              Township Fayette County deceased and acknowledged the foregoing
              indenture to be their act and deed
