Mossburgh THIS INDENTURE, Made the 7th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Seven BETWEEN Jacob Downer of Uniontown Fayette County Pa party of the first part and John W. Mossburgh of North Union Township Fayette County, Pa party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto him well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alein, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, ?? house and lot of ground Situate on the west side of South Gallatin Avenue Ward Uniontown Pa & adjoining South W RR on the west side lot of Morice Mayhew on which is razed a two Story frame Dwelling house and being that part of a certain lot of ground which was conveyed by O.D. Cor?? and wife to John Ross by deed dated 11th of April 1883. which deed is on Record & ? of same lot which was afterward conveyed by said John Ross & wife to Samuel Magir & by said Samuel Mager & wife was conveyed to Joseph Low?? by deed dated 24th day of August 1886. Recorded in Deed Book ? 69 Page 265 of Recorder of Fayette County, Pa being that part of the aforesaid lot which is bounded and described above. TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, priviledges,hereditaments and appurtances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property claim and demand whatsoever._____of the said party of the first part, per law equity or otherwise howsoever of, in and to the same and every part, thereof, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said___ above described House & lot of ground hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, FOREVER. AND Jacob Downer the said party of the first part for himself and his heirs, executors and administrators do by these presents covenant, grant and agree, to and with said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that he the party of the first part his heirs, all and singular the hereditaments, and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against him the said party of the first part, and his heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and will Warrant and Forever Defend.
