Deed dated June 3, 1811. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Recorded and Compared the 1st June 1811 To John Hardin of Springhill Township Fayette County Commonwealth of Pennsylvania not having as yet possessed a Patent for that part of my ----- land disposed to me by his last Will and Testament and having disposed of the Described part thereof to my Brother George Hardin, for a certain sum of Money to me by him already paid The Receipt whereof to my Satisfaction, hereby Acknowledge Do hereby Covenant with my said Brother his heirs and assigns as follows viz_ Swell and by these presents do, ----- myself my heirs Executors and Administrators in the personal sum of three hundred dollars to procure good and Sufficient title to the above disposed piece or parcel of land, -- -- sons unable request of my said Brother__And Conveyor causes the same to be Conveyed unto the Said George his heirs and assigns in due form of Law He the said George paying one half of that proposition which the purchase money of that Quarterly Shall amount to__And the Expense of Conveying the same to him his heirs or assigns after the title shall have been procured__To the said George in the meantime to ---- the profits or benefits of said land As if now Conveyed --- --- Conveyed Forever after to his sole use and benefit is of as well to the use and benefit og his heirs and assigns forever.
