Hetzel - Isaiah Morrison - Jacob Gahring. *Note this tract of land was part of 315 Acres Originally warranted to NEHEMIAH CASTLE. Deed Charge to Isaiah Morrison from John G. Hetzel. Deed of Release to Isaiah Morrison from John G. Hetzel. Know all men by these presents the I JOHN G. HETZEL if the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland as well for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by ISAIAH MORRISON at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the present and payment whereof and do hereby acknowledge as for good causes and valuable consideration me thereunto moving have released and forever quit claim and discharged the said ISAIAH MORRISON his heirs and assigns of and from the charge contained in a deed dated the 16th day of March 1870, (MARCH 16 1870) made by me to the ISAIAH MORRISON in which said deed is contained a: "Charge, For the Maintenance and Care and Support of JACOB GAHRING During The Remainder of His Natural Life" whom the land therein conveyed and described which will more fully and at large appear by reference to the said deed, and whereas the said ISAIAH MORRISON has conveyed the above described tract of land to H.P. MULLER ESQUIRE of Pittsburgh by deed dated the 17th day of January A.D. 1872 (January 17 1872, and has made other arrangements for the care, maintenance and support of the said JACOB GAHRING during his natural life and whereas in consideration of said premises. I the said John G. Hetzel doth hereby revoke after change and render null and and void the charge created by said deed of and from all and every of the uses and trusts and charges contained in said deed either in law or equity to the whole or any part of said tract land containing 167 acres be the same more or less. So that the said H.P. MUELLER ESQUIRE shall and may have and hold the said remises as fully and as free from the uses and trusts wherein granted as if the said charge whom the said land had never been made by me. And I do further sell assign transfer and convey unto the said H.P. MUELLER ESQUIRE his heirs and assigns all my estate right title interest in said land either in Law or Equity and all authority and control I now have or may have heretofore had over the trusts created in said deed> In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of January A.D. 1872. HETZEL the above named grantor in the foregoing deed of release and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein expressed and desired that the same may be recorded as such.
