Surveyed 26 April 1786 pursuant to a warrant dated 02 July 1785. NOTE: On examination I find this survey entred in Book C pg 115. It has been entred here through mistake although as the other is not filled up this may be considred as the proper entry--dated 04 July 1801. A. Surveyed 26 May 1770 by Moses McCLEAN but not being returned at that time and the owner having sold the tract originally surveyed to different persons it is now altered to suit the purchasers. This survey is found on an order of survey #3070 dated 17 April 1769, Date of resurvey 20 Nov. 1788. Surveyed 30 Sep. 1788 pursuant to a warrant dated 17 Dec 1787. "NOTE: The land included in this survey together with the adjacent representation were surveyed for John LEE pursuant to a warrant dated 01 Jul 1786 and caveated by William STEWARD who claimed 200 acres thereof as will appear by the note annexed to LEE'S draught. I have made this at the paticular quest of William STEWART who superintended the business but has taken his warrant in the name of his son James STEWART. A. McCLEAN". Surveyed 10 May 1788 pursuant to a warrant dated 15 Apr 1788. "NOTE: I delivered this to Col. COOK open in order to get Levi STEPHENS to insert two corners which he had omitted in the draught - no caveat enclosed. A.
