Deed same tract of land in deed of George to Joseph Hardin, Joseph to Henry Hardin. This Indenture made the seventh day of November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, between Henry Harden of George Township Fayette County Pa. & Hannah his wife of the one part and John Leech of Fayette County and State aforesaid of the other part Winesseth that the said Henry Harden and Hannah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of forty five dollars to them in hand paid by the said John Leech at and before the insealing and delivering hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said John Leech his heirs and executors and administrators have granted bought sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents do grant and bargain sell alien and release and confirm unto the said John Leech and to his heirs and assigns all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in George Township Fayette County and state aforesaid____ bounded as follows viz beginning at Kenasons corner North east -- perches, east 18 perches. North east 10 perches to corner at the creek. North West 632 perches to corner on J. H. Oliphant line from corner on J. H. Oliphant line back to Kenasons corner. South 70 perches to place of beginning containig seven acres and a half if not condition is that the said Harden is to make up the said amount to the said Leech if more the said Leech is to pay said Harden at the rate of six dollars an acre it being part of a tract of land conveyed to George Harden to Joseph Harden, and by Joseph Harden and wife conveyed to Henry Harden and part of a tract of land and part of a tract of land sold from Isaiah Marshal by the Sheriff and deeded to John Austin Esq. and assigned to Henry Harden his heirs and assigned together with all and singular the sights and priviledges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all the estate right title interest and property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Henry Harden and Hannah his wife in law or equity or otherwise however of into or -- the same. To have and to hold the said lot or parcel of land containing seven and a half acres hereditaments and promises hereby granted with the appurtenances unto the said John Leech his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said John Leech his heirs and assigns forever and the said henry and Hannah his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Leech his heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said Henry Harden and Hannah his wife and their heirs the said above mentioned and described lot or parcel of land hereby granted with the appurtenances unto the said John Leech his heirs and assigns against him the said Henry Harden and his heirs and assigns and against all and other person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming a to claim the same is any part or parcel thereof shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereto set there hands and seals this 7th day of April A.D. 1847. Before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for the said County personally came the above named Henry Harden and Hannah his wiofe who in do form of law acknowledge the above indenture to be there act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such. the said Hannah being of full age and by me duly examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the foregoing indenture being first made fully known to her declared that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord seal and as her act and deed delivered the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
