Deed Book 1 Pages 358 & 359 is bond dated Sept 30, 1791 to Alexander James 
Dallas Secy of Com by Alexr McClean who was appointed Sept 28, 1791 as Deputy 
Surveyor of all of Fayette Co, Rostraver Tp in Westnd Co & Allegheny, Milford 
Brothers Valley Turkey Foot & part of Quemahoning Tps in Bedford Co Pa with 
Albert Gallatin & John Smilie, sureties & witnessed by James Finley & Wm Riddle 
& on Oct 123, 1791, Gallatin, Smilie & McClean appeared before James Finley one 
of the Associate Judges of the court of common pleas of said Co & ackd same.
