Fayette County, PA Book 67, page 107 Recorder of Deeds Emanuel Mossburgh, et al to Charles Henry Williams This Indenture made the day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two Between Emanuel Mossburgh and Sarah his wife, Abraham Mossburgh and Blyth his wife, Mary Ann Wilson and John S. her husband, George Mossburgh and Sophia his wife, Henry Mossburgh and Mary Ann his wife, Thomas Mossburgh and Sarah Ann his wife, John Mossburgh and Anna his wife, all of Fayette County, Pennsylvania and Isaac Mossburgh and Lavina his wife, of Greene County, State aforesaid, heirs of Abraham Mossburgh, late of Perry township, Fayette County, deceased, parties of the first part; and Charles Henry Williams of Fayette County, Pennsylvania party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty five dollars ($165.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereby is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the village of Perryopolis, in the township of Perry, county of Fayette, state of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows viz: one half of Lots numbered one hundred and three and eighty two (82) in the plan of said town more particularly described as follows: bounded on the East by Republican Street; on the North by the other half of said lots now or lately belonging to the Clark heirs; on the west by lot no. sixty nine ( no 69) Known as the School House lot; and on the South by an alley; containing about one fourth of acre, more or less. Being the same piece of land conveyed from Robert Blakely and Hannah his wife, and Mary B. Endly to said Abraham Mossburgh, deceased by Deed dated July 24, 1852; and to be recorded. Together with all singular the buildings improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the revisions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in, and to the same and every part thereof, To Have and to hold the said described piece or parcel of land containing one fourth of an acre more or less, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators do by these presents covenant, grant, and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, Shall and will warrant and forever defend.
