Deed Book 123, page 162 Fayette County, PA Fred Seibes to Henry J. Mossburgh THIS INDENTURE Made the Fourth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Ninety three. BETWEEN Fred Seibes and Mary Seibes his wife of Dawson, Fayette County, Pennsylvania of the first part and Henry J. Mossburgh of Lower Tyrone Township, county and state aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them was well and truly paid by the party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. All that certain tract of land situated and lying in the Borough of Dawson, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point along public road and a corner of land with Alexander Kinsmell running North East along said road one hundred and nine ( 109) feet to other land of said Fred Seibes thence north West sixty five ( 65) feet to a post Thence South West ninety four ( 94) feet to lands of said Alexander Kinsmell thence south along said land sixty three (63) feet to the place of beginning, containing 7000 3 1/2 square feet the same being a part of a large tract of land as conveyed to the present grantor by deed of Walter C. Gallatin and wife bearing date of Apr. 2nd, 1888. and recorded in the Recorders Office of said County in Deed Book Vol. 76 Page 357. reference to same will fully appear. TOGETHER with all and singular the improvements, ways, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtanences whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Tract of land, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, FOREVER. AND Fred Seibes and Mary his wife said parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents covenant, grant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part, their heirs, all and singular, the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the apputenances unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof; shall and will Warrant and Forever Defend. Schroyer Pennsylvania Fayette County SS On this 4th day of May A.D. 1893, before me a Notary Public in and for said county cmae the above named and acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired the same to be recorded as such. She, the said Mary Seibes, being of full age, and by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the above Indenture first made fully known to her declared that she did, voluntarily of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
