Mossburg THIS INDENTURE, made the Seventeenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six BETWEEN Frank P. Lyons and Lettie Lyons his wife of North Union Township Fayette County Pennsylvania parties of the first part and Roscoe F. Mossburg of Dunbar Township Fayette County Pennsylvania of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Thirty One Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in North Union Township Fayette County Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a post at right of way of West Penn Railway Thence by other lands of said Frank P. Lyons South thirty five degrees East Two hundred and seven feet to a post ( S.356.207) Thence by same south Twenty two degrees west one hundred and nine and five tenth feet to a post (822W109.5) Thence by line of Greensberry Bosley Worth Eleven degrees west Two hundred and thirty four and five tenth feet to a post at right of way of West Penn Railway (N69 1/2 E99.5) Containing twenty three thousand and Sxty eight feet. (23068) TOGETHER with all and singular the said property, improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and apputenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, calim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever of, in and to the same and every part thereof, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Lot or parcel of land containing Twenty three thousand and sixty Eight feet ( 23068) hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns FOREVER. And Frank P. Lyons and Lettie Lyons his wife the said parties of the first part, for themselves and their heirs, executors and administrators do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof: shall and will warrant and forever defend. In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written. Frank P. Lyons STATE of Pennsylvania COUNTY of Fayette On this 26th day of August A.D. 1906, before me, the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid personally came the above named Frank P. Lyons and Lettie Lyons his wife who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such.
