Deed Book 34, page 536 Fayette County, PA Thomas N. Frost to Thomas D. Mossburgh. This Indenture made the Seventeenth day of April eighteen hundred and Seventy seven Between Thomas N. Frost of North Union Township County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania and Laura C. his wife parties of the first part And Thomas D. Mossburgh of the township, County and State aforesaid party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred ( $100-) Dollars Lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the Second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged Have granted bargained sold aleined enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Do grant bargain sell, alein enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following described property viz: All that certain lot of ground situate in the Township of North Union County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows viz: Beginning at a post a corner of a lot of ground belonging to Abram Wilson thence along an alley North 59° West 5 perches to a post a corner of John R. Means lot thence along said lot North 31° East 16 perches to a post thence along other Land of grantors South 59° E 5 perches to a post corner of said Wilsons lot thence along the line of said lot South 31° West 16 perches to a post the place of beginning Containing one half acre of land strict measure. Together with all and singular the said property improvements ways waters water courses rights liberties privelges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revisions and remainders rent issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in Law equity or otherwise however of in and to the same and every part thereof To Have and To Hold said one half acre of land with all and singular the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And Thomas N. Frost and Laura C. his wife the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns that they the said party of the first part and their heirs all and singular, the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the apputenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever Lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof Shall and will warrant and forever Defend. In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and Seals, Dated the day and year first above written. Thos N. Frost Laura C. Frost Sealed and Delivered in presence of John Holmes Recieved the date above mentioned of the above named party of the second part the sum of Onr Hundred ( $100-) Dollars, consideration money in full. State Of Pennsylvania County of Fayette SS On the 17th day of April 1877 before me a Justice of the Peace in aforesaid county came the above named Thomas N. Frost and Laura C.Frost his wife and acknowledged the above Deed to be their act and deed and desired to have it recorded. Said laura C. Frost being of full age and by me examined Seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Deed being first made known to her declared that she signed and sealed and delivered said Deed of her own free will and accord without coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
