Deed conveying land situate in Georges Township. Recorded and Compared 16th July 1841 This Indenture made the tenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty one between Henry Hardin of the one part and Hiram Osborn of the other part all of Fayette Co. Pa Witnesseth that the said H Hardin for and in consideration of the sum of Forty five dollars paid according to the conditions named in a covenant bearing date of Twentyith day of January the year first above written the respect whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained and sold aliened ------ released conveyed enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien ------ release covey asine enfeof and confirm fully freely absolutely unto the said H Osborn his heirs and assigns forever all that part or parcel of land lying south of the run coming from the Dulany Survey in the Mountain and adjoining lands of Moses Dulany and John Nicholson being part of the Ingate Survey in George Tp. Fayette Co Pa. Together with all and singular the appurtenances priviledges & advantages whatsoever unto the said above mentioned and described ------ in any wise appertaining or belonging and the profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said H Hardin of and to the same and way part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above granted bargained and described premises unto the said H. Osborn his heirs and assigns for their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said Hardin for himself his heirs executors & administrators doth covenant promis grant and agree to and with the said H. Osborn his heirs and assigns that the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances now and forever hereafter shall be and remain unto the said I Osborn his heirs and assigns --- and absolutely clear discharged and unincumbered of and from all former and other titles, charges, estates, or incumberances of what nature and kind soever had made comitted done or differed or to be had, made comited done or sufered by the heirs and assigns or by any other person or persons whomsoever any thing having or claiming in the premises. And also that the said Hardin his heirs and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully or equitably deriving any estate, right title or interest of in or to the herein before granted premises and for the more effectually vesting and confirming the premises hereby intended to be granted in and to the Isaiah H. Osborn his heirs and assigns forever, as by the said Osborn his heirs or assigns or their counsil learned in the law shall be reasonably devised advised or required And the said H. Hardin his heirs executors and administrators will warrant and forever defend the above described and a--aded premises & everypast and parcel thereof In witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
