Snyder and Mary his wife of Tama County Iowa of the one part and William Laudenberger of Tyrone township Fayette County Pennsylvania of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Lewis S Snyder and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and fifty dollars lawful Money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said William Landenburger at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Have granted bargained sold aliened ___ released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfroff(?) release convey and confirm unto the said William Laudenberger his heirs and assigns all that certain messuage and tract of land lying in Tyrone Township Fayette County Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows viz. Beginning at a White Oak tree corner of land of Gatlieb Zyzing thence by the same south sixteen degrees ninety three and four tenths perches to stones thence by land of Robert Laughrey North fifty eight and a half degrees West fifty three and two tenths perches to stones thence by land of Samuel Laudesheive North nine degrees West thirty seven and seven tenths perches to stones thence North thirty three degrees West twenty nine and two tenths perches to stones thence by land of David Hutchison North fifty one and a half degrees East sixty six perches to stones thence by land of John Stouffer South one and a half degrees East twenty seven and two tenths perches to a stone thence South Sixty four degrees East thirty two perches to the place of beginning containing thirty six and one fourth Acres and six perches of land strict measure. It being the same conveyed by Indenture of John Armstrong and Hannah his wife to Lewis S. Snyder party to these presents bearing date March 15" A.D. 1855 and recorded at Uniontown Fayette County Deed Book No. 10, Pages 11 and 12 and Now by this Indenture of said Lewis S. Snyder and Mary his wife to William Laudenberger. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements rights liberties privileges hereditamonts and appurtinances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all the estate right title interest property claim and _______ whatsoever of them the said Lewis S. Snyder and Mary his wife in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said Messauge or tenement and tract of land hereditaments and premises hereby panted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said William Laudenberger his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said William Laudenberger his heirs and assigns forever, and the said Lewis S. Snyder and Mary his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said William Laudenberger his heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said Lewis S. Snyder and Mary his wife and their heirs the said before mentioned and described messuage and tenament and tract of land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and entended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said William Laudenberger his heirs and assigns against them the said Lewis S. Snyder and Mary his wife and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by from or under them or either of them shall end will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands or seals the day and year first above written Lewis S.
