Now this indenture witnesseth that Henry Stimel for and in consideration of the sum of $319.25 In hand paid by Charles Fields of the same township the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hat granted bargained...to the said Charles Fields his heirs and assigns a part of the before described tract of land Beginning at a white oak thence by the land of Moses Boon and land of John___ now J. Flemings...by the land of Peter Studebaker...thence by land of said Henry Stimel...containing 79 acres..
