Tyrone township
Written: May 19, 1815
Recorded: February 28, 1826

Whereas the Commonwealth of PA by patent under the hands of Isaac Cochran Esq. of
the land office and state seal dated the 27th day of Decembr 1813 did____ and
confirm unto George Sherbondy a certain tract of land situate in Tyrone township
Fayette County containing 220 acres one quarter and allowance and whereas said
George Sherbondy and Mary his wife did by indenture bearing date the 12th day of
September 1814 convey the above described tract to Henry Stimel of the township of
aforesaid reference thereunto will more fully appear.  Now this indenture
witnesseth that Henry Stimel for and in consideration of the sum of $319.25 In
hand paid by Charles Fields of the same township the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hat granted bargained...to the said Charles Fields his heirs and
assigns a part of the before described tract of land Beginning at a white oak
thence by the land of Moses Boon and land of John___ now J. Flemings...by the land
of Peter Studebaker...thence by land of said Henry Stimel...containing 79 acres..
