Brown buwbrown@concast.net July 21, 2008, 3:55 pm Complaint brought before Henry I. Rigden, Justice of the Peace of Fayette County, Pa. by Lucretia Ullery, the mother of Margery Lucretia Ullery, an infant under the age of 11. By reason of incorrigibility and vicious conduct Margery should be committed to House of Refuge. Depositions by Lucretia Ullery, James Mitchell & James C. Hubbs, all of the Borough of Brownsville. The mother, a widow, is nearly blind and cannot control her daughter. Margery is self willed and uncontrollable; she keeps the neighborhood in an uproar much to her disgrace and of her mother. Police officer James C. Hubbs of Brownsville and James Mitchell testified as to the bad behaviour of the girl.
