1916.  Notice Of Issue And Fees To Claimants; Department Of The Interior,
Bureau of Pensions, Washington, DC:  EVE SEESE.
   Madam; Herewith is transmitted a certificate No. 866,192 for ORIGINAL
pension, issued in your favor.
   NO ONE IS recognized as attorney in this case and NO fee is payable by the
Disbursing Clerk for the payment of pensions.
