Lockhart. Typed by C. Hunt. From the Genius of Liberty, 12 May 1853. Tavern Licenses To the Honorable, the Judges of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the county of Fayette, to June term, 1853. The petition of Matthias FRY, of North Union township, in the said county, respectfully sheweth that he is desirous of keeping an Inn or Tavern in the town of Monroe in the house formerly occupied by Morris MOLLER is such, and that he is well provided for the accommodation of strangers and travelers. He therefore prays your honors to grant him a license for the same, and he will every pray, &c. MATTHIAS FRY The undersigned, citizens of North Union tp., do certify, that Matthias Fry, the above named petitioner, is of good repute for honesty and temperance; that he is well provided with house room and stabling and other conveniences: and that the house for which he asks a license in necessary to accommodate strangers and travelers.
