Earl E. Cramer, 88, of 211 Clark St., Belle Vernon, died Oct. 7, 1981, in
Edgewood Nursing Home. He was born in Whitney Sept. 29, 1893, a son of the late
Adam and Jessie Musick Cramer. A member of the First United Methodist Church of
United, he was retired from the Bettis Department of Westinghouse Corp. He was
preceded in death by his wife, Mary Downs Cramer, in 1959 and one son, Arthur B.
Cramer, in 1964. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lois Smedley of St.
Petersburg Beach, Fla.; one brother, Frank Cramer of Latrobe RD; four
grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Ferguson Funeral Home, 700 Broad St., Belle
Vernon. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home
with the Rev. Lee Dinsel officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Lutheran
Cemetery, Trauger.
