Mrs. Earl E. Cramer
Mrs. Mary B. Downs Cramer, 217 State St., Belle Vernon, died in the Magee
Hospital, Pittsburgh, Sunday, Dec. 27, 1959, at 1 am following a lingering
illness. She was a member of the Belle Vernon Methodist Church. Surviving are
her husband: daughter, Mrs. Lois Smedley, St. Petersburg Beach, Fla., a son,
Arthur B. Cramer, Charleroi; four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. John
(Jeanne) Ross, Canonsburg; Mrs. Norman (Elizabeth) Duff and Mrs. Reuben (Lulu)
Bash, both of Pleasant Unity; two brothers, John Downs, Mammoth; Thomas Downs,
Portland, Ore. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home, Belle Vernon
from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p. m. daily until Tuesday when funeral services will be
held there at 7:30 p. m. Tuesday. The body will be removed to the James P. Gaut
Funeral Home, Pleasant Unity, Wednesday morning, where friends will be received
from 10:30 a. m. to 2:30 p. m. when a brief service will he held in charge of
the Rev. William Schatz, minister of the Methodist Church, Belle Vernon.
Interment will follow in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Trauger.
