Obit from Uniontown Morning Herald April 9, 1938

Phillip L. Conrad 
	Phillip L. Conrad, aged 76, well-known resident of Farmington, 
died at 5 o’clock Friday morning, April 8, 1938, at the home of 
a brother, William E Conrad, also of Farmington.  Death followed 
a brief illness of a complication of diseases.
	In addition to his brother, he leaves three nephews, Estep Conrad, 
Farmington, and John and Clyde Conrad, both of Pittsburgh.
	Funeral rites will be held at the William E Conrad at 2 o’clock 
Sunday afternoon.  Burial will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.
