Connellsville Daily Courier June 7 1981 Clifford (Tip) Pritchard 78, of 1802 Baldridge street, South Connellsville, died Sunday in the Connellsville State General Hospital. He was born Feb. 14, 1905 in Weston W. Va., a son of the late Charles Jacob and Jessie Mae Urbach Pritchard. He was a retired trainman for the B. & O. Railroad. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainman,. He was a 55 year member of the South Connellsville Fireman Company where he received " Fireman of the Year Award " in 1975 for many years of outstanding service. He was a member of the Fayette County Firemen's Association and was an active charter member of the South Connellsville Rod and Gun Club, where he received a certificate of appreciation for his many years of faithful service. He served as president and vice- president and was a member of the board of directors of the Fayette County Sportsmen's League. He was also a former councilman for the borough of South Connellsville. He was also a member of the Albright United Methodist Church. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Richard (Vera Jane) Tudor of Garden Grove, Calif., Mrs. Bobby (Jessie Mae) Boisky of Midway, Ga., Mrs. Charles ( Lorraine Merne) Hall of South Connellsville, and Wilma Sellers of Everson; 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; He was predeceased by his wife Elva B.; two brothers, Kenneth L. and Gerald Pritchard; and a sister, Helen L. Stoner Internment will be in Green Ridge Cemetery
