He was born Dec. 28, 1882, in Connellsville, a son of the late Henry and Anna Bansberg Fette. As a young man he was employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and later was a West Penn Power Co. employe for many years. In recent years he operated a repair shop. He was a member of Immaculate Conception R. C. Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anna Taxacher Fette: a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Dorothy) Neville of Greensbug; a son, Edward D. with the U. S. Navy; four grandchildren; three brothers, Andrew and Chris of Connellsville and Frank of Detroit, Mich., and a sister, Mrs. Ray (Anna) Cramer of Johnstown. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty June, and a son, John H. Fette. The body will be at the Ingram funeral home after 7 p.m. today. The cortege will form there at 8 a.m. Thursday, with requiem high mass at 9 a.m. at Immaculate Conception R. C. Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
