It was cut out and put into a photo album by its original owner, who gave them to me in 1997. It is a copy of the original with no corrections to its spelling or punctuation. LIDA B. GOODWIN Miss Lida B. Goodwin, following a lingering illness, died Saturday afternoon, January 16, 1932, at 3:30 o'clock, at the home of an aunt, Miss Elizabeth Coffman, 154 Union street, where she resided. Three years ago Miss Goodwin went to Pasadena, Cal., to make her home but was compelled by illness to return here last May. Miss Goodwin was born in Georges township, a daughter of the late Walter and Jennie Coffman Goodwin. She was a member of the third Presbyterian church and of the Bethany Class of that Sunday school. Surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Harry B. Goodwin, of Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Emily Brownfield, Ray, Earl and Wilbert Goodwin, all of the Morgantown road. Funeral services will be solemnized at the home this afternoon at 1 o'clock in charge of Dr. W. Scott Bowman, superintendent of Redstone Presbytery. Burial in Smithfield cemetery.
