Hebb Samuel M. Hebb, 84 of Belington, W. Va., formerly of Connellsville, died Monday at a hospital in Elkins, W. Va. He was born Nov. 28, 1871, in West Virginia, a son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Cassidy Hebb, and had lived in Connellsville while a passenger conductor for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad here. He moved to Belington, W. Va., 11 years ago. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nina Bolyard Hardesty Hebb; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Maier of Vallacho, Calif., Mrs. Florence Clark of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Mary Darnell of Washington, D. C.; a son, George of Pittsburgh; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Christine Kern of Arlington, Va.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Thursday morning at the Runner funeral home in Belington, W. Va., with the Rev. D. L. Jones officiating, assisted by the Rev. Herbert Altop. Interment will be in Hill Grove Cemetery where there will be a graveside service at 3 o'clock. The casket will be opened at the cemetery.
