This obituary come from an unknown paper. It was cut out and put into a photo album by
its original owner, who gave them to me in 1997. It is a copy of the original with no
corrections to its spelling or punctuation.

KEENER, WILLIAM PEARSON  
Age 61 years, of Main St.,
McClellandtown, Pa.. died Sunday,
May 16, 1976 in the West Virginia
University Medical Center, Morgantown, 
W.Va.  He was a son of the
late Ira J. and Myrtle Ullery Keener. 
He served in the U.S. Navy for
twenty-six months during World War
II and was employed by U.S. Steel as
a mason for fifteen years. Surviving
are his wife, Betty Riffle Keener;
the following children: William R.
Keener of Masontown, Pa.; Judith
Ferrara of Strongsville, Ohio; and H.
Todd Keener, at home; nine grandchildren: 
one sister, Mrs. Mary
Longstreth of Uniontown, Pa.
Friends will be received in the T.
Leonard Sangston Funeral Home,
McClellandtown, this evening from 7
to 9 p.m.. Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. and Wednesday until 2 p.m., the
hour of service, with Rev. Howard E.
Brown officiating. Burial in United
Presbyterian Church Cemetery,
Church Hill. Pa
