 Connellsville Courier Dec 11, 1918:

 MISS JOSEPHINE MCCULLOUGH, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Joseph McCullough of
 Scottdale died yesterday morning at 4 'o'clock at her home in
 Scottdale.  Miss McCullough was one of the faithful workers at the
 emergency hospital at Scottdale when she became ill.  She was a sister
 of Mrs. J. Clyde Whitely and Mrs. Frank Conway both of Connellsville.
