It was cut out and put into a photo album by its original owner, who gave them to me in 1997. It is a copy of the original with no corrections to its spelling or punctuation. McGINTY, PEARL HOSTETLER Age 79, a resident of 7 Lydia Drive, South Union Township, died suddenly on Friday evening, March 8, 1974 at 7:45 p.m. in the Uniontown Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Edward and Harriet Crawford Hostetler, and was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Surviving are her husband, John F. McGinty; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Harriet) Steele of Uniontown and Mrs. James (Cathleen) Campbell of Ebensburg; sixteen grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren. Preceding her in death was one son, Dr. John F. McGinty, Jr., on May 6, 1973. Friends will be received in the Jerome W. Shell Funeral Home, 164 South Mount Vernon Ave., Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, time and place to be announced. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park.
