We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ______________________________ CHARLES MEANS Connellsville, PA Daily Courier Oct. 8, 1948 Charles Means 68 died at 2:30 o'clock this morning at his home at Crossland station after a lingering illness. He was born February 13, 1880, in Fayette County and had resided at his present address for the past 24 years. Mr. Means was employed as a miner by H.C. Frick Coke Company until his last illness. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lilly Grace Eicher Means; five daughters, Mrs. Eli Work of Uniontown, Mrs. Ralph Corteal, Mrs. William Sekeres, Mrs. Jesse Franks and Mrs. Charles O'Neal, all of Connellsville, R.D; one son Lloyd T. Means of Connellsville R.D.!; nine grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Halfhill of Pennsville and Mrs. Jenny Collins Of Warren, Ohio.
