I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page. MOSER, SAMUEL G. Age 77 years, of Liberty St., Smithfield, died Saturday evening, April 25, 1970 in his home. The son of the late John Henry and Sabina Brown Moser, he was born February 26, 1893 at Adah. Surviving are his wife, Jessie Shaffer Moser; three children, Mrs. Darwin (Ruth) Wise of Smithfield, Dr. Jesse L. Moser of Masontown, and Ray Edwin Moser of Smithfield; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren: and a sister, Mrs. George Deffenbaugh of Smithfield. A veteran of World War I, he was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, the Mens Bible Class, the American Legion post No. 278 of Smithfield, the Disabled American Veterans of Uniontown, a charter member and past president of the Smithfield Rotary Club., and a honorary member of the Smithfield Vol. Fire Department. Friends will be received in the James B. Vance Funeral Home, Smithfield today and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday until 2 p.m., the hour of service with Rev. Paul Tarcy officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery.
