I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page. MOSSBURG, LAVINA (MOORE) Age 93 years, of Uniontown R. D. 3, died Sunday evening, November 24, 1974 at 10:30 p.m. at the Uniontown Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in Nicholson Twp. February 24, 1881, a daughter of the late John William and Anna Carson Moore. She was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church of Uniontown, and was one of its oldest members at the present time, She was a former graduate of the Music School of West Virginia University and in her earlier life she gave private music lessons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mossburg, June 21, 1967. She is survived by a nephew, Theodore (Ted) Morton of Smithfield. Friends will be received in the VanceBrownfield Funeral Home, Smithfield, today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday until 1 p.m., the hour of service with Rev. Karl Bowman Jr., pastor of the Third Presbyterian Church, Uniontown, officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
