Connellsville Daily Courier May 24, 1953
Mrs. Eva Blanche Pritchard 46, of Hydman street, South Connellsville,
died in Connellsville State Hospital at 6 o'clock Sunday morning. She
was admitted there Saturday after a lingering illness. She was born at
Clairton December 16, 1906. She was a member of the Albright E.U.B.
Church, South Connellsville.
Surviving a mother, Mrs. Phoebe Gray of Vanderbilt; her husband,
Clifford Pritchard; four daughters, Mrs. Vera Jane Tudor of Beaver
Falls, Mrs. Jessie Mae Showman and Lorraine Hall of South
Connellsville and Miss Wilma Louise at home; seven grandchildren;
two brothers , Harry Ghrist of Glassport and Roy Ghrist of
Connellsville, and a sister Mrs. William T. Niel of Vanderbilt.
The body was taken to the McCormick funeral home where the service
will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Rev. R.A. Nelson, her
pastor will officiate. Interment will be in Green Ridge Memorial Park.
