Robinson Uniontown Daily News Standard, April 11, 1907: James T. Robinson James T. Robinson, aged 72 years, died Wednesday afternoon, April 10, 1907, at his home at No. 10 Craig street after a prolonged illness with cancer. The deceased was born at Tippecanoe and was a son of William Robinson and Emma (Tiffany) Robinson. When he was a small boy his parents moved to Washington county and later to Greene county and he lived near Mapletown until about 20 years ago, when he moved to Uniontown. He was engaged as a stone mason and lather in Uniontown until declining years caused his activities. He was a hard working industrious man and a man of honesty and integrity who was held in high esteem. He was a member of the Central Christian church. Mr. Robinson married Miss Priscilla Cozard of Greene county and she died about 10 years ago. There are surviving five sons and three daughters, Daniel of Monessen, John M., Samuel, George and Frank Robinson and Mrs. Clark Breading and Mrs. Samuel Hackney, Uniontown, and Miss Maggie Robinson, matron of the hospital at Morgantown. Daniel Robinson arrived from Monessen Wednesday afternoon a short time after his father died. The deceased also leaves three brothers, Samuel of Garard's Fort, William of Uniontown and John of Wynn works. Funeral from the home Friday at 10 a.m. and interment in Oak Grove cemetery.
