I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page. SMELL, GLENN C. Age 73 years of McClellandtown, died Friday, September 12, 1980 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born April 8, 1907 in German Twp., the son of the late Claude and Melinda (Shoaf) Smell. He was a retired agent for the American General Insurance Co., Hostetler's Jewelers and a butcher for the Palmer Union Supply Co. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, McClellandtown and the Silver Threads. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Harriet) Christopher, McClellandtown; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Jack (Mabel) Hostetler, Uniontown, Mrs. Clark (Ethel) Reahard, McClellandtown and Mrs. George (Opal) Jubin, New Salem. He was predeceased by one son, James C. Smell, on February 24, 1976 and one sister, Edna Smell, on March 4, 1978. Friends will be received in the T. Leonard Sangston Funeral Home, McClellandtown, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday until 2 p.m., the hour of service, with Rev. Raymond C. Feyes officiating Interment, will be in the United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
