years of 1811 Second St.,
South Connelsville, died 
Monday morning, Dec. 2,
1985, in Allegheny General
Hospital, Pittsburgh.  She 
was born Sept. 26, 1917 in
Smithfield, a daughter of
The late George and Mildred
Bowman Byerley.  She was
a retired employee of An-
chor Hocking Corp., Con-
nelsville and a member of
the Sons of Italy of Con-
nelsville and the G.B.B.A
Local Union.  Surviving are 
a son, Gary Kissinger of
Connelsville; three daugh-
ters, Mrs. John (Patricia)
Gallo of Clarksburg, W.Va.,
Mrs. Frank (Barbara)
Gardner of Miami, Fla., 
and Mrs. Harry (Sandra)
Sutton of Smithfield, Pa; 15
Grandchildren, four great-
Grandchildren, two sisters, 
Mrs. Anna Dunham and
Mrs. Charles (Madora)
Cooley, both of Fairchance.  
She was preceded in death
by a brother, Edward Byer-
ley.  Friends will be 
received today from 7 to 9 
p.m. and Wednesday from 2
 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Paul G. Fink Funeral Home
Inc., 418 N. Pittsburgh St., 
Connelsville, where ser-
Vices will be held at 11 a.m.
Thursday with Rev. John
Shepard officiating.  Inter-
ment will be in the Green Ridge
Memorial Park Cemetery.
