JACOB R. SWIFT OBIT Jacob R. Swift of Dawson died at 2 o'clock Monday morning at the Mount Pleasant Memorial Hospital, to which place he had been taken following a long illness. He was born March 11, 1853, and had been a life-long resident of Fayette county. He was the oldest of a family of 13 children. In addition to his widow, he is survived by two sons and three daughters. They are Milton of Monongah, W. Va., Alex, at home; Mrs. Elmer Gjertsen of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Harry Rhodes of Walnut Hill, near Scottdale; and Mrs. Charles Moline of Dawson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Harry Rhodes of Walnut Hill. Interment will be made in the Pennsville Baptist Cemetery.
