I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page. WOLFE, ALVA J. (BARNEY) Age 91 years of Perryopolis R.D. 1 died Saturday July 20, 1974 at 11 p.m. in the Connellsville Hospital. He was born June 5, 1883 in Jefferson Township the son of the late John Jacob Wofe and Virginia (Allen) Wolfe. He was a member and trustee for forty years of the Fairview United Methodist Church, The men's Bible Class of Little Redstone Presbyterian Church, fifty year member of the Morning Star Grange no. 1271. He was predeceased by a son William Nelson Wolfe in 1953, his first wife, Jesse Deyarmon Wolfe in 1918, two sisters, Eleanor Wolfe Burton in 1956 and Gertrude Wolfe McCann in 1917. He is survived by his wife Eva Lynch Wolfe and a sister, Mrs. Ira Rena (Coffman) Wolfe of Uniontown. Friends will be received in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, Perryopolis today 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday in the Fairview United Methodist Church from 12 noon to 2 p.m. the hour of service. Rev. Fred Gnatuk and Rev. Charles R. Fowler will officiate. Interment will follow in the LaFayette Memorial Park Cemetery, Brier Hill.
