Mrs. S. M. Hebb

Mrs. Effie D. Hebb, 62 years old, died at 11:30 Sunday evening at the residence,
1328 South Pittsburg 
street.  She had been ill for six weeks.
  Coming here as a child, Mrs. Hebb spent virtually all her life in this community. 
She was a daughter of 
the late William D., and Mary Earnshaw Green.  She formerly was a public school
teacher.
  In addition to her husband, Samuel M. Hebb, she is survived by four children. 
They are Mrs. Gladys 
Evans of this city, Florence D., Mary Elizabeth, and George E., all of Pittsburgh. 
One grandchild and a 
brother, John A. Green of Bullskin township also survives.
  The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the
residence.  George Bowman, 
first reader, will be in charge.  Interment will be in Hill Grove Cemetery.
