Rumbaugh, Brownfield, announce the marriage of their daughter, Annette M. Rumbaugh to CLifford F. Bailey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis F. Bailey, of Vestaburg, which took place January 18, 1941, in the Presbyterian Church of Vanderbilt.  Vows were exchanged before the Rev. W.T. Merrick.     Patti Curstead, of Brownfield, and Bruce Sterling, Masontown, were the only attendants.     The bride chose a street length dress of black jersey, with matching accessories, and corsage of red roses and gardenias.  Miss Curstead was attired in brown taffeta with matching accessories, and wore a corsage of talisman roses and lilies-of-the-valley.  A wedding dinner was served at Stouffer's in Pittsburgh.     Mrs. Bailey, one of the attractive brides of the winter season, was graduated from South Union High School in 1937 and attended Office Training school, Uniontown.  She is a member of Gamma Sigma Chapter, Gradale Sorority, and since last July has been associated with General Motors Acceptance Corporation.     Mr. Bailey is a graduate of East Bethlehem High school and Waynesburg College, where he affiliated with Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.  He has been associated with the GMAC of Uniontown since January 1940.     Future plans of the couple have not been revealed.
