Pattersons, At Camp Sibert, Ala.--- St. Michael's church in Newark, N.J., was the scene of the marriage of Elise Glod, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Glod, 196 Broad St., Newark,and John Ward Patterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Patterson, 192 Derrick Ave., on December 22, 1942. The Rev. Felix M. O'Neill, church pastor, officiated. Mrs. Angelo Caso, of Newark, sister of the bride,was her matron of honor, and Mr. Caso served Mr. Patterson as best man. The bride wore a white wool dress with black accessories and corsage of gardenias, while Mrs. Caso was attired in pink wool with black accessories. Following their wedding the couple came to Uniontown for a visit before returning to Newark, where they resided at 196 Broad Street. Mrs. Patterson is a graduate of Barringer High school in Newark and Mr. Patterson is an alumnus of South Union High school. The bride is now visiting her husband's parents while he is stationed at Camp Sibert, Ala., in the Chemical Warfare Division of the U.S. Army.
