MISS SADIE PATTERSON WEDS J.H. RUMBAUGH THIS MORNING: At 6 o'clock this morning at the parsonage of the Methodist Protestant church in Brownfield, Miss Sadie B. Patterson, daughter of Mrs. W.W. Patterson of Brownfield, and John H. Rumbaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rumbaugh of Friendsville, Md., were married by Rev. C.A. Biles, pastor of the church. The wedding was very quiet, the bride being attired in a becoming traveling suit of dark blue and attended by her sister, Mrs. Harry Curstead. Mr. Curstead acted as groomsman. Mr. and Mrs. Rumbaugh left on the early morning Pennsylvania train for a short eastern honeymoon. The bride for some time has worked as cashier of the Union Supply Company store at Brownfield and is very well-known in her home community. The groom for several years has been employed by the H.C. Frick Coke Company as supply clerk. After they return, Mr. and Mrs. Rumbaugh will be at home in Brownfield. This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/pafiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
