I, Sabina Beatty, now residing at number 25 Maple Street in the Bourgh of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, do make, declare and publish this to be my last will and testament. First: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and the costs of settling my estate be paid as speedily as possible after my death. Second: All the rest and residue of my estate, of whatsoever kind and wherever found I give to my husband Oliver W Beatty, for and during his natural life, he to have all the rents, issues and profits of the same so long as he shall live. At the death of my husband, Oliver W Beatty, I direct my executor, hereinafter named to sell at either private of public sale as he may deem best, all of my personal and real estate, and convert the same into money, and disburse the same as follows: Fifty dollars ($50.00) to each of my nephews, Albert Hill and Henry R Hill. All the rest and residue of my estate I direct to be divided equally between my two daughters Dora May Lemon and Ida B Vance. I hereby nominate appoint and constitute Henry Eastman Hackney, of Uniontown,Pa, to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal in the presence of witnesses, and in the presence of each other, this twentieth day of January A.D., 1915. Sabina Beatty (SEAL) WITNESSES: John F Gray Kate Gray FAYETTE COUNTY, SS: BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 21" day of June A.D., 1916 before me Henry (REGISTER'S SEAL) R TITTERINGTON, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, came John F Gray and Kate Gray subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sabina Beatty deceased, who being duly sworn, according to law, did each depose and say that they were personally present and saw the said Sabina Beatty sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of Writing and heard her declare the same to be her last Will and Testament when of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as witnesses thereto by request of the said Testatrix in her presence and in the presence of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said will or any later will made. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 21" John F Gray day of June A.D. 1916 as witness my hand Kate Gray and official seal.
