Will of LAVINA BLANEY written 5-17-1878; Probate date 6-30-1879 In the name of God, Amen, I LAVINA BLANEY at the township of Perry, county of Fayette, State of Pennsylvania. I LAVINA BLANEY considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. That is to say: First Item: I give and bequeath unto my husband LABIN BLANEY and my daughter MARY ELIZABETH BLANEY the use of all my land property during their natural lives to have and to hold and occupy, and at the death of my husband, Item: JANE KIMMELL and MARY ELIZABETH BLANEY to have the use of the same their natural lives, Item: and at their deaths to be equally divided between the living children of JANE KIMMEL and SARAH MARGARET [BLANEY] KIMMEL, Item: with the exception of the Townsend lot, Item: which I will and bequeath unto NEVADA KIMMEL to have and to hold forever. Item: I also will and bequeath the interest ....(illegible) from my interest in my father's estate to my husband [LABIN] and my daughter MARY ELIZABETH during their lives and at their deaths to go to JANE KIMMEL and MARY ELIZABETH BLANEY. Item: I will and bequeath to my daughter SARAH MARGARET KIMMEL three dollars as I have given her upwards of one hundred dollars previous to this date. Item: I will and bequeath to my husband LABIN BLANEY and my daughter MARY ELIZABETH BLANEY all my personal property of every description whatsoever for their sole use. Hereby revoking all former wills by me made, in witnesswhereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the seventeenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight [17-5-1878].
