Know All Men by these presence that we "ELIZABETH BURNWORTH" "JOB CLARK", "JOHN BURNWORTH" and "ALEXANDER MORRISON" all of the county of Fayette, State of Pennsylvania, are held and firmly bound unto the said Commonwealth in the sum of two hundred pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania to be paid to the said Commonwealth to which payment will and truly to be made bind ourselves jointly and severally for and in the whole our heirs, executors and administrators firmly and by these presents sealed with our seals dated the eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred. (September 8th 1800). The Condition of the obligation is such that if the above bounden, "ELIZABETH BURNWORTH" and "JOB CLARK" administrators of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of "GEORGE BURNWORTH", late of Wharton Township, deceased, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of them, the said "Elizabeth Burnworth" and "Job Clark", or unto the hands and possession of any other person or persons for them and the same be made do and exhibit into the register's office in the county of Fayette on or before the eighth day of October next ensuing and to the same goods and chattels and credits and all other goods chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death, which at any time after shall come to the hands and possession of the said Elizabeth Burnworth and Job Clark or unto the hands possession of any other person or persons Sealed and Delivered in presence of : Signed By: William Roberts Elizabeth Burnworth Isaac Griffin Job Clark John Burnworth Alexander Morrison "Recorded and Compared 8 September 1800"
