We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. #181 Will of Henry Cole I, Henry Cole, of Dunbar Township, County of Fayette and State of Penna being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid as soon as conviently maybe. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Henrietta Cole McNatt and Robert her husband, the Home Place, situate on the "Furgeson Road" in Dunbar Township, Fayette Co, Penna. with full power to sell and make deed for the same, also the Coal under an adjoining piece of ground already sold to Thos. Cole. it is my request that they take-of the little dog. THIRD: I direct that all my personal property of whatever sort, be given to Henrietta Cole McNatt, and her husband, except a watch, which is to be given to my son Henry Cole, and the organ to my son Frank Cole. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my children, Thos. Cole, Mary Ann Cole Zebley, Clark Cole, Rosie Cole Humbert, and her heirs, Lucy Cole Beal, Grace Cole McClain, Clarence Cole, Henry Cole, each the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar each. As well one ($1.00) to my daughter Agnes Cole. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my daughter, Henrietta McNatt to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Henry Cole, the testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 4th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred thirty. Henry Cole Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Henry Cole as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator and of each other. Louis Hartzell M.D. Williams FAYETTE COUNTY SS BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 5th day of November A.D. 1931, before me O.FRANK RUSE Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said County came Louis Hartzell and M.D. Williams subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Henry Cole deceased, who, being duly sworn according to law, did each depose and say that they were personally present and saw the said Henry Cole sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and heard him declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament, when of sound and disposing mind and memory, to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as Witnesses thereto by request of the the said Testator in his presence, and in the presence of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said Will or any later Will made. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 5th day of November A.D. 1931 as witness my hand and official seal.
