Says he bought this land 70 A from his step son Wm Craig who now refuses to convey, claiming it wd take whole tract of 77 A. It is located & bounded by Wm Craig, the great road leading fr Cville to Middletown & by lands of Daniel Cannon, Wm Henry & the late Mathew Wiley as per survey by the late James Allen & ctg 77 A.
