Will of James Sedgwick
In the Name of God Amen, I James Sedgwick of Fayette County
Pennsylvania being weak in Body but of sound mind, memory.  Do
make publish this my last will & Testament in following to wit.  First I
give and bequeath to my bloved wife mary, my Beauro and Feather bed
Bedsted Nursary bedding and all of the residue of my property I wish to
be sold by my Executors hereafter waived and the money ariseing from
the sale also all monies due to me I wish to be collected and after my
funeral Expences and all legal Debts are paid will be put at interest and
kept for the use of my wife & children as they may occasionally require
it for their maintenance & education.  I also wish my Executors to
provide suitable places for my children, the two oldest to live with their
grandfather Notts if he will take them and where they arrive at proper
age to be bound out to trades.  Second I do nominate and appoint
George Georger andJames Stone (Store) both of Greene County
Executors of this my last will & Testiment.  In Witness whereof.  I
have here unto set my hand & seal.  This 9th day of Nevember.
