Register Of Wills--Fayette Co, PA Book 24, page 179 Will of Sophia Mossburg I, Sophia Mossburg, of Springhill Township, Fayette County, Sate of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish, this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, I order and direct my executors herein named to pay out of my estate, my funeral expenses and my other just debts that I may owe, and erect on cemetery lot in Bpatist Cemetery at Smithfield, Pa. a monument to my Grave to be a marker also for the grave of my deceased husband, not to exceed Seventy-five dollars in price. Second I give unto Thomas hasson, one feather bed and the remainder of my personal affects, I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hasson, William Hasson and Elizabeth Mossburg, share and share alike. Fourth, I give my executors herein after named full power to sell and execute deeds for Real Estate, if the same should have to be sold for the payments of any of the bequests, debts, or other matters herein named. I hereby constitute and appoint Thomas Hasson, William Hasson and Hugh Mossburg to be the executors of this my last will and testament. In witness, I, Sophia Mossburg, the Testatrix above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal on the thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand, nine hundred and eleven. Sphia Mossburg Signed, sealed and published and declared by the above named Sophia Mossburg as for her last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at the Request, as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and each other. Witness: Jenny High Jacob C. High Fayette County SS Be it remembered, that on the sixteenth day of July A.D. 1924, before me O. Frank Ruse, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, came Jenny High and Jacob C. High subscribing witness to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Sophia Mossburg, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, did each depose and say that they were personally present and saw said Sophia Mossburg, sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and heard her declare the same to be her last will and testament, when of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as witnesses hereto by the request of the said Testatrix, in her presence, and of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said Will or any later will made.
